We are currently seeking a motivated and highly driven individual for the position of Payroll Clerk to support the HR Department and to administer the Company’s payroll function (but not limited to):

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Co-ordinate the payment of staff salaries through a payroll software;
  • Assist in the recruitment/termination process;
  • Co-ordinate the gathering all the necessary data to benchmark salaries;
  • Record keeping and updating of payroll data.

The chosen candidate will be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Dakar and have excellent written English and attention to detail.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the most suitable applicant in accordance with his/her experience and qualifications.

Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
